RECOVERY, BUILT INTO YOUR HOME.
A handcrafted 2-person far infrared sauna, engineered for deep muscle recovery, better sleep and long-term resilience — not just a warm room to sit in.

Built The Same. Finished Differently.
Heat And Light.
Used Together, In Order.
Your sauna isn't a standalone product — it's one half of a sequential recovery protocol, paired with Cellux Core. Heat and light are deliberately never used at once; used in sequence, they compound.
Cellux Core
15–20 minutes of red light therapy pre-conditions mitochondria before heat exposure.
SOLFORGE Sauna
Far infrared heat penetrates deep tissue, elevates circulation, and does the recovery work light alone can't reach.
Cellux Core
10–15 minutes post-sauna, while blood flow is elevated, improving photon delivery to tired tissue.
Built To Recover You
Faster Than Traditional Heat.
Far infrared heat reaches muscle tissue directly (roughly 3–4cm of penetration), rather than just warming the air around you. In published training studies, that difference showed up in how people actually recovered.
The Case For Making
Heat A Habit.
Beyond post-training recovery, regular heat therapy has one of the largest bodies of population research behind any passive wellness habit — decades of cohort data linking consistent use to measurable long-term outcomes.
Lower Fatal CVD Risk
Plus a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death, in a 20-year Finnish cohort of 2,300+ men — frequent use vs infrequent.
All-Cause Mortality
Risk of death from any cause fell in a dose-dependent way with frequency — the more consistently people used heat therapy, the lower their long-term risk.
Lower Dementia Risk
Plus 65% lower Alzheimer's risk, for 4–7 sessions weekly vs once weekly.
Lower Respiratory Risk
Over a 25-year follow-up, alongside heat-shock-protein activation linked to immune cell resilience.

Questions, Answered.
Why does it take 10–12 weeks?
Every SOLFORGE sauna is handcrafted after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. That's a deliberate trade-off: a longer wait in exchange for a properly built, made-to-order cabin rather than a mass-produced one. Most genuinely premium saunas work this way.
What's the real difference between Hemlock and Cedar?
Both are solid, high-heat-rated woods built to the same electrical and structural spec. Cedar has a warmer tone, a more pronounced grain, and releases a natural aroma as it heats — the classic "proper sauna" wood and scent most people associate with a premium build. Hemlock is a lighter, paler wood that performs just as well but without that character.
Is it certified for use in the UK?
Yes. Every unit is CE and EMC certified, and built for standard UK 230V electrical supply.
What's covered under warranty?
A 1-year warranty covers the sauna's vulnerable parts, including the heating element itself — the component that actually matters most.
How is it delivered?
Your sauna ships directly to the address you provide once it's built, as part of a bespoke, per-order process rather than from stock. The delivery team unloads it to the nearest point their truck can access — getting it from there into your home is down to you, so it's worth having a hand ready for moving day, especially if your access is tight.
Does it arrive fully built, or do I need to assemble it?
Every unit is fully built and tested at the factory first, then carefully taken apart into sections for shipping — not shipped as raw flat-pack parts. On arrival, you simply reconnect the pre-built sections together. It's a straightforward assembly, not a full construction project.
Should I use it with Cellux Core?
You don't have to, but it's designed to work as a pair. Heat and light are used before and after each other, never at once — see The SOLFORGE Recovery System above for the full sequence.
"This isn't a warm room to relax in.
It's recovery equipment."
Built When You Order It.
Worth The Wait.
Handcrafted, certified, and yours — not one of a thousand sitting in a warehouse.
