Yes. Every unit is CE and EMC certified (LVD 2014/35/EU, EMC 2014/30/EU, EN IEC 60335-1:2023) and runs on a standard 230V UK supply — no adaptors or electrician needed.

Hemlock is a lighter, more accessible entry point. Canadian Red Cedar has a richer grain, a natural aromatic scent and the traditional "proper sauna wood" feel. Both are built to the same standard — it's really down to look, scent and budget.

Each sauna is handcrafted to order, so please allow around 10-12 weeks for build and delivery. We deliver to the nearest point a vehicle can access; final placement into your home is down to you.

Most infrared saunas, including ones sold for far more, come from the same handful of factories. What sets ours apart isn't a secret design — it's that we can name the exact model on our safety certificate, and our 1-year warranty covers the heating element itself, the part most brands quietly leave out.

No flat-pack assembly required. Each sauna is built and pressure-tested as a complete cabin at the factory, then carefully sectioned purely for shipping — on arrival, you simply reconnect the sections.

Delivery reaches the nearest point our vehicle can access. From there, moving the sections into their final position is down to you — worth planning ahead if access is tight (stairs, narrow doorways, and so on).

Our Face Wash and Recovery Oil are independently certified vegan and organic. The rest of the range isn't currently certified vegan or organic — check each product page for its specific certifications.

Cellux is produced in an ISO 22716-certified, ECOCERT-registered manufacturing facility, meeting EU/UK CPNP and FDA compliance standards.

Formulations are developed in an ISO 22716-certified facility to high manufacturing standards, but as with any new skincare product, we recommend patch-testing first if you have particularly sensitive skin.

UK standard shipping takes 7-15 business days (free on orders over £50), or 3-7 business days with express. EU and international shipping is also available — see our Shipping policy for full rates and timeframes. The Recovery Sauna is handcrafted to order and ships on its own 10-12 week timeline — see the Sauna FAQs above.

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. The Recovery Sauna and unopened, unused skincare products (in original packaging) are eligible for a return within that window. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, due to their personal and hygienic nature. Contact us to start a return — full details are in our Refund policy.
