Recovery Deserves The Same Standard As Training.
Men chase every marginal gain in the gym — programming, protein, sleep tracking — then treat recovery as an afterthought. The market backs that up: red light devices sold on vague energy claims, skincare that promises everything and proves nothing, and infrared saunas priced like a luxury spa membership rather than a tool you'd actually use every week.
We built SOLFORGE because that gap felt backwards. If you train hard enough to need real recovery, the tools for it should be held to the same standard as your training — tested, dosed correctly, and honest about what they can and can't do.
The Recovery Sauna — Heat, Done Properly
Far infrared heat therapy has decades of research behind it, but most of it lives in commercial spas charging by the session. We built our sauna to bring that into a routine you actually control: hand-built, CE & EMC certified, sized for a real home, and made to order rather than mass-produced and warehoused.
Cellux — Built Around The Protocol, Not The Shelf
Cellux exists because a 20-minute infrared sauna session takes a real toll on skin — heat stress, moisture loss, increased blood flow to the surface — the same way training takes a toll on muscle. It needs proper prep and recovery around it, not a random shelf of skincare. Every formula is manufactured to ISO 22716 and ECOCERT standards, and we'd rather cite the study behind an ingredient than write a vague promise on the label.
What We Won't Do
We won't tell you the sauna "boosts testosterone" or a serum will "detox" your skin — the evidence doesn't support language like that, so we don't use it. Every claim on this site is tied to a specific study, wavelength, or certification, not a marketing department's imagination. If we can't back it up, it doesn't go on the page.
Small, Direct, And Based In Devon
SOLFORGE is run out of Devon, England — not a faceless warehouse brand. We're building this slowly, product by product, rather than launching a hundred SKUs and hoping something sticks. If something we sell isn't good enough yet, we'd rather not sell it at all.
